Join The Moto Girls for the inaugural Lead the Way Ride, a celebration of motorcycles, community, and the incredible people who make this lifestyle so special.
This ride is open to everyone; we invite you to be part of the beginning of what we hope will become a Sturgis tradition. Together, we'll ride into historic Deadwood with an amazing group of women leading the way—not because riding is about men or women, but because it's about celebrating the growth of our community and encouraging more people to experience the freedom of two wheels.
While this is the first-ever Lead the Way Ride, The Moto Girls is proudly celebrating 10 years as a Las Vegas-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through motorcycle education, mentorship, scholarships, and community. This year also marks Round Two of Ladies Leading the Way, as an incredible group of women rides together from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Sturgis, South Dakota.
Ride Schedule

11:15–11:30 AM– Arrival

1:00 PM– Group Photo at the Main Stage
After the group photo, the afternoon is yours! Explore historic Deadwood, enjoy live music, cool off in the pool, grab a bite to eat, or simply relax and connect with fellow riders while soaking up the Outlaw Square atmosphere.
What to Bring
👢 Boots-Dance your way around the square
🩱 Swimsuit- take a dip in the pool. Don't forget your towel.
Outlaw Square is the perfect place to kick back after the ride, so come ready to enjoy the afternoon.
